TruthWorks starts next week. First session is on Thursday, 26th February at 6pm (GMT) / 7pm (CET).

We thought it would be wise to share the format of our kind (and free) offering to those who are stuck, struggling or can’t go on.

Each Thursday evening we meet online (for now), on a group, Zoom call, where one incredibly courageous soul, a Braveheart if you will – takes centre stage and explains what is going on in their lives and why things have become so challenging.

We enter into an open-hearted, honest conversation guided by myself or Swiss, where we gently help release the heavy burden of whomever finds themselves under the spotlight.

The beauty lies in the courageous and honest ownership of each man or woman’s truth. By taking this brave step immediately there is space for a shift and we are offered the rare opportunity to disentangle from the ‘story’.

No matter what we’ve done, no matter how seemingly ‘bad’ we believe we are – there’s always an opportunity to rediscover love for ourselves – no matter what.

This profound process takes place in the warm and protective embrace of our community of like-hearted souls, who share the highest respect and admiration for whomever finds themselves centre of our loving attention.
